ChangeBell terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Aleksey Ponomarev (Пономарев Алексей Юрьевич), an individual developer and self-employed professional income tax payer in Russia, INN 661708680198 (“we”), about the ChangeBell browser extension and its Telegram bot (“ChangeBell”). Contact: nicerdicer2014@gmail.com. By installing ChangeBell or paying for Pro you accept these terms.
1. What ChangeBell does
ChangeBell checks web pages that you choose, from your own browser, and alerts you when the selected content changes: with a desktop notification, a sound and, if you connect it, a Telegram message. Checks run only while your computer is on and Chrome is open.
2. Plans

Lifetime means the Pro features of the ChangeBell extension as they are at the time of purchase, and their updates, for as long as ChangeBell is offered. A future cloud service (for example, checks that run on our servers while your computer is off) is not part of Pro lifetime and, if it appears, will be a separate subscription.
When a yearly Pro ends, ChangeBell returns to Free: monitors over the first 3 are paused, not deleted, and checks run every 5 minutes or less often. Paying again starts them where they stopped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the plan page in the extension before you pay. The price may be charged in Russian rubles; the amount charged is shown on the payment page. Payments are processed by Prodamus. There is no automatic renewal: a yearly plan is not charged again unless you pay again.
The early bird price is available to a limited number of first customers, counted across both Pro options; the plan page shows how many places are left. After that the regular price applies.
4. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment, for any reason. Write to the e-mail above with your installation ID (ChangeBell settings) or the e-mail you used to pay. Pro is turned off when the refund is made. After 14 days payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Your responsibilities
- Use ChangeBell only on pages you are allowed to access, and follow the terms of the websites you monitor.
- Do not use ChangeBell to overload websites, get around access control, captchas or bot protection. ChangeBell does not do this and slows down when a site blocks it.
- Do not use the Telegram bot to send spam or to disturb other people.
6. No guarantee of alerts
Websites change their layout, block automated visits, or show different content; computers sleep; Telegram and networks fail. ChangeBell is provided “as is”. We do our best, but we do not guarantee that every change is detected or that every alert arrives in time. Do not rely on ChangeBell where a missed alert could cause harm. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for ChangeBell in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Privacy
What data ChangeBell sends and stores is described in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above changes, and we tell you in the extension about important changes. You can stop using ChangeBell at any time by removing the extension. We may stop the service with at least 60 days' notice; if that happens during a paid year, we refund the unused part.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country.
